How Commission Is Calculated
Commission is a percentage of turnover: everything the players attached to your account stake, on slots, live tables and sport alike. What they win or lose afterwards doesn’t enter the sum.
Say those players stake RM10,000 between them on a Monday. Tuesday’s commission is your agreed percentage of that RM10,000 — whether they finished the day ahead or behind.
Under a revenue-share deal the same agent would be paid on the players’ net losses instead, so one lucky evening at the tables could leave nothing to pay out, or a negative balance to work off first. Paying on turnover takes that risk off the agent.
