1. Who These Terms Bind

These terms apply between you and the operator of M2 Casino from the moment you open an account, and they continue to apply for as long as the account exists. Using the account is acceptance of them.

2. Eligibility

• You are responsible for establishing whether you may lawfully hold and use an account where you live. Malaysian law restricts gambling, and Syariah provisions apply to Muslim citizens in addition to civil law.
• The account must be opened in your own name, with accurate details, and used only by you.

3. One Account per Person

Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonus benefit obtained through them withdrawn. Where duplicates are used to claim an offer more than once, the balance attributable to that offer may be removed; deposits remain yours.

4. Verification

We may ask you to verify identity, age, address or the ownership of a payment method, before or after a withdrawal. Completing verification early is the single most effective way to avoid a delayed payout later.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds must arrive from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Withdrawals return to the method used to deposit wherever the method allows it. Minimums, maximums and processing times are shown in the cashier and may change.

6. Bonuses

Every promotion carries its own terms, and those terms sit with the offer rather than here. Where they conflict with this page, the offer terms govern that offer. Points that apply generally: wagering must be completed before bonus funds convert; game contribution differs by product; a maximum stake applies while a bonus is active; and unused bonus funds expire.

7. Conduct

Collusion, automated play, exploiting a fault in a game or the platform, and reversing a settled payment are grounds for closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from them. A genuine fault reported promptly is treated very differently from one worked.

8. Closure, Dormancy and Changes

You may close the account at any time and withdraw a cleared balance. We may close or restrict an account where these terms are breached or where we are required to. Terms change from time to time; material changes are notified to the account, and continuing to use it is acceptance.

9. Complaints

Complaints are handled through the support channels listed on our contact page. Give us the date, the sum involved and the round or payment reference. That reference from your payment provider clears up the bulk of cashier disputes by itself, so hold on to it.
