Select Login, enter the username and password you set at registration, and you are through. Both fields are case sensitive. The same credentials open the browser version and our app, and the balance behind them is the same balance.
You do not need a code every time. The SMS verification happens once at registration, and after that only when you recover the account or change something sensitive on it.
Why the Number Matters More Than the Password
A password can be reset. The reset goes to your registered mobile number, so if that number is gone, the ordinary route back into the account is gone with it. That is the single most common way a member ends up needing a slow manual recovery instead of a fast automatic one.
- Keep the line active a lapsed prepaid SIM produces exactly the symptoms of a broken reset.
- Use your own number not a relative’s, not a shared work handset. Recovery assumes the person holding it is you.
- Tell us before you switch changing the number while you still have access is straightforward; doing it after you have lost access is not.
- Request the code once each new request cancels the previous one, so repeated taps are self-defeating.
When the Code Does Not Arrive
Three checks clear almost every case. Is the number on screen the number in your hand. Is the line active and in coverage. Is anything on the handset filtering shortcode messages, which some call-blocker apps do silently.
If all three are fine, stop retrying and message us instead. We can see whether the message left our side, which turns a guessing game into a one-line answer. Our contact page has the channels that work when you cannot get into the account.
Login Questions

Because the number is what proves the account is yours. It is how we verify you at registration and the route every recovery runs through afterwards, which is why it has to be a number you still control.
How long should the SMS code take?
Seconds, normally. If it has not arrived after a minute, request it once more rather than repeatedly - each new request invalidates the last, so rapid retries are the usual reason none of them work.
The code never arrives. What now?
Check the number on screen is the one in your hand, that the line is active, and that no blocker is filtering shortcodes. If all three are fine, message us - we can see the send log, which settles it quickly.
I changed my phone number. Can you update it?
Yes, once you have cleared an identity check, and that check is deliberately searching. Swapping the number on an account is what somebody taking it over would need to do first, so we make it slow on purpose.
Can I use a non-Malaysian mobile number?
The account is built for Malaysian numbers, and SMS delivery to foreign networks is where most code failures come from. Use a local number if you have one.
Do I need the code every time I log in?
No. It is used at registration and for recovery. Day to day you sign in with a username and password, plus two-factor if you have enabled it - and we would encourage that.
